  • What are your business hours?

    Our current hours are Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM. Parties and events during the week will be accommodated when possible. Call us for availability and to schedule your party!

  • What happens if there is bad weather?

    GoBrix mobile party room is equipped with climate control intended to maintain a comfortable environment during all types of hot or cold weather. If there is snow, it is your responsibility to clear the curb, driveway or parking location of snow prior to our arrival so that we can park the trailer and guests can enter safely and without difficulty.  


    GoBrix reserves the right to reschedule your event in the event of hazardous weather conditions to ensure that our staff and guests are safe. Such hazardous weather includes but is not limited to snowstorms that severely impact driving conditions, high winds, electrical storms, etc.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE POLICY:


    Parties are paid in full at the time of booking. A booked event can be cancelled according to the following terms and requirements:


    14+ days before an event: A refund is available with a $25 cancellation fee. Parties may be rescheduled with no penalty.


    7-14 days before an event: A refund is available with a $100 cancellation fee. Parties may be rescheduled with a $25 reschedule fee.


    7-3 days before an event: Refunds are not available. Parties may be rescheduled with a $100 reschedule fee.


    72 hours or less: Refunds are not available. Parties may be rescheduled with a $150 reschedule fee.

  • What is your service area?

    GoBrix serves all of Salt Lake County and Northern Utah County. It is possible to schedule outside of these areas, additional charges may apply. Please call us and we are happy to discuss accommodations for your party.

  • Can we have food and drinks inside of the GoBrix party room?

    GoBrix does not allow any food or drinks inside of the party room. We can provide a party table outside of the trailer for cake and ice cream, etc. for an additional charge. 


    The party table is available when weather permits. If a party table is added, it will only be available at the end of the party while our staff is cleaning up. Once food is served, no guests will be allowed back inside the party room.

  • Where does the GoBrix trailer park?

    At the time of booking, we will discuss parking options with you and work with you to arrange parking in your desired location or as close to it as we can. 


    Our truck and trailer combination does require a minimum of 60 feet and parking location must meet the following requirements:


    • The route to the desired parking location must be safe and legal.
    •  The parking area must be at least 60 feet long and on a paved and level surface.
    • The parking location must be in a legal parking area.
    • The parking location may not be in a high traffic area, somewhere that has fast traffic or any other potential traffic related hazzards.
    • The parking area must provide a clear path for all guests and staff to enter the trailer safely.
  • Does GoBrix take pictures during my party?

    During a party, the GoBrix Host may take pictures and videos of the party from inside the trailer. We are happy to share these wtih you following the party and it is possible we may use some of the pictures and videos on our social media or website. We will not include names, ages, locations or other identifying information of the featured guests. If you do not want our GoBrix Host taking any pictures or posting them on our social media or websites, please notify the GoBrix Host prior to the start of the party.
